Set a timer before you walk in. If you don't check in when it expires, SafePulse alerts the people you chose — with your last known location. It works even if your phone is off, dead, or out of signal.
Most agents already have a safety habit: text a colleague the address before a showing, then text again when you're out. It works right up until the moment it matters — because the second text is the one that never gets sent, and nobody notices for hours.
That's the whole problem. The manual system depends on somebody else remembering to worry about you. A missed check-in should raise an alarm by itself.
SafePulse is the automated version of the habit you already have. You set the timer on the way in. If you come out fine, you tap once and nothing happens. If you don't, the alarm raises itself.
Three steps, and only the first one happens while you're busy.
Before you walk in, pick a window — anywhere from 30 minutes to 48 hours. A typical showing is 30 or 45 minutes.
One tap and the timer clears. No message to compose, nobody to notify, nothing else to remember.
If the timer expires, your trusted contacts get a text and an email with your last known location. They don't need the app.
Three design choices that matter for the way agents actually work.
Most check-in apps are built around a once-a-day "are you okay" for someone living alone. That's the wrong shape for a showing. SafePulse starts at 30 minutes because the risk is the appointment, not the day.
The people you chose don't get a vague "she hasn't checked in." They get your last known location in the message itself, so the first thing they do is drive there, not start calling around.
The countdown is mirrored on a server. If your phone is switched off, out of battery, out of signal, or taken from you, the server sends the alert anyway. Nothing on your phone has to still be working.
Worth stating plainly, because safety tools get oversold.
If you're responsible for a group of agents, this part is for you.
Free download codes, no catch. I'll provide Google Play promo codes for your agents or members at no cost — no upsell, no trial that converts, and no contact information collected from anyone who redeems one. They download the paid app for free and it stays theirs.
Free to list as a resource. If you maintain a safety resource page, a newsletter, or a sales-meeting deck, you're welcome to link this page. Nothing here is gated and there's no signup form.
I'll do a short walkthrough if it's useful. Fifteen minutes at a sales meeting or on a call, showing what an agent sees and what a contact receives. No charge and no pitch attached.
Email checkinonme@checkinonme.app and say roughly how many agents you have. I'm a solo developer in Roseville, Michigan — not a vendor with a sales team, so you'll be talking to the person who wrote the app.
iPhone and Android. SafePulse is on the Apple App Store and on Google Play today. One thing to know before you hand codes out: the promo codes below are Google Play codes and only work on Android. An agent on an iPhone can install the app, but they buy it the ordinary way — I'd rather say that up front than waste your agents' time.
No. Location is read only while a check-in is running, and shared only if you miss one. Nobody — including your broker — can look up where you are while everything is fine.
The alert still goes out. The countdown is mirrored on a server, so if your phone never checks in, the server sends the alert on its own.
Contacts you choose — a spouse, your broker, an office manager, another agent. They get a text and an email with your last known location. They don't need the app installed.
Your contacts get an alert and you'll have an awkward phone call. That's the correct failure mode for a safety tool — it should err toward telling someone.
Only if you add them as a contact. There's no broker dashboard, no admin console, and no way for an office to monitor agents through this app.
It depends on the platform. On iPhone it is $2.99 a month, and anyone who bought SafePulse before the switch keeps full access free, permanently. On Google Play it is $4.99 once, with no subscription. Either way: no in-app purchases beyond that, no ads, and no selling of personal data.
$4.99 once on Android, $2.99 a month on iPhone. Set your first check-in in about two minutes.
No ads, and your data is never sold.
The promo codes I send brokerages are Google Play codes and redeem on Android only.
Please read: SafePulse is not an emergency service and does not contact police, fire, or emergency medical services. It notifies contacts you choose, and depends on cellular and internet service to deliver those alerts. It is not a substitute for calling 911 or for your brokerage's own safety procedures.
